Refunds, Exchanges, Shipping Policies

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.

Free local pick up shipping options are for friends and family only. If you use this option without contacting the shop owner, your order will be cancelled. Friends and family are encouraged to use this option to cut down on costs.
